HungrySpots is operated by Airus Energy LLC. You can request deletion of your HungrySpots account or information received from Google or Facebook without having to sign in again.
How to request deletion
Sign in and open Account and privacy at https://hungryspots.com/account, then select Delete my account and websites, or email airusenergymn@gmail.com with the subject HungrySpots Data Deletion. Include the email address used for HungrySpots and say whether the request concerns your account, a restaurant website, or Google or Facebook information. Do not send your password, identity documents, or payment card number unless we explain a specific lawful need and a secure method.
We confirm receipt and carry out proportionate checks to protect your information. We delete the covered records, instruct relevant providers, and revoke applicable access. We tell you when the request is complete and explain any specific legal retention exception. We respond without undue delay, normally within one calendar month. We explain a permitted extension, any specific retained record, and the applicable retention basis. Protected backups and provider logs expire under their own schedules; we do not represent a universal 90-day backup deadline as verified. Erasures must be reapplied if a backup is restored.
If your request concerns a restaurant with other authorised users, we assess your personal information separately from the restaurant's business records. You do not need to give a reason to request deletion of information received from Google or Facebook. We process valid provider-originated deletion requests through the supported published deletion-instructions mechanism, and through a callback if one is separately configured. These instructions do not represent that an automatic provider callback is already installed.
Disconnecting social login
You can remove HungrySpots access through your Google account connections or Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Removing provider access stops future access through that connection. To erase information already held by HungrySpots, use the deletion route above. Establish another permitted login method before disconnecting your only method of access if you intend to keep the account.
Revoking social login alone does not cancel a paid subscription. A verified account deletion request also stops future renewals you are authorised to cancel. You can cancel a subscription separately through the billing controls or airusenergymn@gmail.com.
